When you list your home with me, the pre-listing deep clean is on me. ChicProClean® comes in before the professional photographer, before the first open house, before a single buyer steps inside.

Top to bottom. Baseboards, inside cabinets, fixtures, and every corner buyers actually check. This is the same deep clean we charge $625 to $1,350 for at ChicProClean®.

Most agents tell you to "handle this yourself." The smell. The corners. The fingerprints on the cabinets. I handle it.

The Move-Out Clean.

After your home is under contract, after the movers are gone, after the chaos of packing every closet, ChicProClean® comes back one more time.

Your buyer's first day in their new home shouldn't be cleanup duty. Your reputation as a seller lives in those last impressions. Most contracts require "broom-clean" condition. I take it further.

Closing should feel like closure.

When you close on a home with me, the move-in clean is on me. ChicProClean® gives your new home a full, top-to-bottom clean before you unpack a single box.

Most buyers don't realize this until they get the keys. The previous owners' fingerprints are still on the cabinets. Their scent is still in the closets.

Your first night should feel like a fresh start, not someone else's leftover. Walk in. Breathe deep. Drop the boxes wherever you want.
