When you list your home with me, the pre-listing deep clean is on me. ChicProClean® comes in before the professional photographer, before the first open house, before a single buyer steps inside.
Top to bottom. Baseboards, behind appliances, inside cabinets, every corner buyers actually check. This is the same deep clean we charge $625 to $1,350 for at ChicProClean®.
I've watched sellers spend thousands on staging while ignoring the one thing every buyer notices first. The smell. The corners. The fingerprints on the cabinets. This is the part most agents tell you to "handle yourself." I handle it.

After your home is under contract, after the movers are gone, after the chaos of packing every closet and forgetting half of what you own. ChicProClean® comes back one more time.
Your buyer's first day in their new home shouldn't be cleanup duty. Their walkthrough shouldn't reveal what packing day left behind. Your reputation as a seller lives in those last impressions.

You still get the Listing-Ready Deep Clean and the Move-Out Clean. Two cleanings, both included, both done by ChicProClean®. Whether you buy your next home with me or somewhere else.
You get the Welcome Home Clean. Done before you move in. Whether your seller cleaned the home or didn't, you walk into a home that's been cleaned to ChicProClean® standards.
We cover homes up to 4,500 sqft as part of this offer. For larger homes (luxury estates, custom builds), we'll discuss scope when we meet. The standard doesn't change.
This offer applies to home purchases and sales, not rentals. But ChicProClean® does run regular cleaning services. Reach out if you want a quote.
